Our founder, Marcy Westrom, had a vision for a Hotel Management Company that was
focused not only on great returns, but on strengthening the people segment of
the hospitality business that makes this industry thrive. Marcy’s passion for
the hotel industry began 28 years ago when she rapidly ascended the ranks from
a front desk job to General Manager of two Choice branded hotels. Since then,
she’s worked with many national brands of full and limited-service properties,
including The Hilton, La Quinta, IHG, Best Western, Carlson Companies, Wyndham,
Choice Hotels and Independent Hotels. As her experience and ambitions have grown,
so have her responsibilities—from General Manager and Area Manager to Regional
Director, Task Force Manager, and now President/Chief Executive Officer.
Marcy’s breadth of knowledge and achievements covers it all: new hotel openings,
extensive renovations, hotel conversions, sales, revenue management, multiple PMS
systems, quality assurance reviews, internal audits, takeovers, conversions,
F&B and more.
